Within 30 days of your purchase, you may return the items along with your order confirmation for an exchange or refund in the original form of payment if you're not happy with your purchase. An only merchandise credit will be given for returns with receipts older than 30 days (conditions apply). The Terms and Conditions printed thereon and imposed by the issuer, which may include transfer restrictions, apply to merchandise credits. We strive to provide an excellent shopping experience, and if you're not satisfied with your purchase within the 30-day period we are willing to offer an exchange or refund in the original form of payment.
A refund, merchandise credit, or exchange will not be granted for goods that have been used, worn, or otherwise damaged. If tickets are not securely fastened to the merchandise, swimwear and intimate apparel returns will not be accepted for a refund, merchandise credit, or exchange unless they are defective. There may be additional limitations. Thus, we emphasise that customers should review the return policy before making a purchase and be mindful of the quality of the items they are returning.
The original packaging, a valid receipt, or an account lookup are required for returns of high-end electronics within 30 days of the original purchase. Please make sure to wipe any personal data or information off any premium electronic devices before returning them. Within 30 days of the purchase date, beauty purchases that are in brand-new or unused condition must be returned with the original packaging.
Other products must be returned with the original packaging and in new or unused condition within 30 days of the purchase date. In addition to regular delivery and processing fees, oversized items may also have a shipping surcharge depending on the size and/or weight of the product. There are no refunds for shipping and handling fees or shipping surcharges. Please save your receipt to make returns quicker and simpler. In such cases, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the store, and they will be refunded the cost of their purchase minus any applicable shipping and handling fees or surcharges.
