Terms Modification
The terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as the company's policies governing its goods and services, may be changed at any time by the company, with the revised terms taking effect when they are posted on the cannaglobe.biz website. You are in charge of evaluating this Agreement on a regular basis. Your agreement to any such modifications will be implied from your continued use of the service following any such changes.

Any disputes, actions, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado. This Agreement shall be governed by Colorado law and applicable United States federal law, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction. All other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect if any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable. In such a case, the invalid or unenforceable provision(s) will be construed, to the greatest extent possible, to reflect the parties' intentions.
