Tamym is a registered corporate entity situated in the United Kingdom with a logistics centre in Singapore. While the majority of Internet-based fashion retailers locate their logistics centres in North America, we prefer Singapore due to its world-class delivery capability and capacity. Furthermore, because the majority of our factories are in Asia, the choice of Singapore helps to reduce the cost of delivery for our customers.
We have strict quality control standards in place to ensure that all items shipped are in pristine condition; nonetheless, a return or exchange request is necessary. We recommend that you verify your package upon delivery. If you get a damaged, missing, or wrong item in your box, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve any issues.
Return/Exchange Policies
Please follow the recommendations below to make return/exchange service as simple as possible
Please contact our customer service department within 30 days after receipt to obtain a return/exchange permission and return address. We do not accept returned packages unless authorised by customer service. We will accept returns only if our items have quality issues. Please allow for some colour and size variations; this is unavoidable. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with the original tags and panty protecting strip still attached. Items returned with obvious wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other product stains will be refused.
To avoid tax, please return via your local post office and include your completed return/exchange permission form with your return package. Any items lost or damaged in transit are the customer's responsibility, therefore keep a record of your tracking number as a reference. Please keep in mind that we do not accept shipments returned by C.O.D. service. Once we receive the returned package, we will notify you via email and arrange for an exchange or refund within 7 business days.
WHAT happens While I Make On online ORDER?
If you entered a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will get an e-mail message confirming your online order, shipment method, and total amount to be charged to your credit card immediately after you make a purchase. Please keep in mind that when you place an order, we authorise the amount of the transaction in order to confirm your credit card; your credit card is charged within 3 days of placing the order. If the product's availability changes after your credit card has been charged, you will get a full refund for the unavailable goods.
